1.What is your payment terms?
RE:
I. T/T 30% deposit, and balance against copy of B/L
II. Irrevocable L/C at sight.
III. Others accepted by both sides

2. what is your minimum order?
RE: MOQ for normal items is 800pcs, but it depends, some material ask for higher MOQ.

3.Could I get a sample?
RE: For first cooperation, we will arrange sample with sample fee, the charge will be deducted after order placed. For old customer, we offer free samples.

4. Could you guarantee your quality? How?
RE:  For every order, we strictly follow the schedule to approve every sample step by step. We offer counter sample, size sample, revised sample and PP samples. For bulk production, we have our Quality Inspectors to check all the procedures before shipment very carefully. We solve all the problems before shipment, ensure good quality and in-time delivery.

6. Do you have any guarantee report for your products?
RE:  Normally, we will ask for an International professional inspection agency like ITS, SGS to test our products and issue relative reports for you. However, we will need your help to burden the test charge.

7. How about the delivery time?
RE:  30days after PP sample confirmed normally, but it need one more month in the Chinese New Year period.
